Creativity is about expressing yourself. On one hand, how can you express yourself if you don't understand yourself? On the other, perhaps expressing yourself is what will help you understand yourself.

Creativity isn't a job title.
It's a way of being.
And yes, your creative identity can be unlocked through play and reflection.
